摘　　要：文章以“小组合作学习”的理论作为基础，与小学英语高年级的教学实践相结合，总结了运用小组合作学习的基本操作方法、教学组织策略及目标与合作任务的设定，并提出了在教学中运用“小组合作学习”应注意的几个问题。旨在将“小组合作学习”这一教学理念推广到小学英语高年级的教学实践中，提高教学成效。The essay is based on the theory of Cooperative learning and associated to the English teaching in high grades of primary schools, then draws a conclusion on the way of practice and teaching arrangement about Cooperative learning. It also puts forward a few problems to which we should pay attentions when we teach in the way of Cooperative learning. The purpose is to make the theory of Cooperative learning be accepted by more primary schools.
