青钱柳总黄酮测定方法研究

摘　　要：目的建立青钱柳总黄酮含量的测定方法。方法:选用三种显色方法用紫外可见分光光度法测定青钱柳总黄酮含量,通过对各种方法的比较得出了适合青钱柳总黄酮含量的测定方法。结果:三氯化铝显色法是一种简便、准确、快速的测定方法,比硝酸铝显色法更适合青钱柳总黄酮的测定。Objective Determination method of the content of total flavonoids was obtained. Method Three colofimetries of determining the content of total flavonoids were compared and a proper determination method was obtained. Result AlCl3 colorimetry is simple, exact and fast. It is fitter to determine total flavonoids in Cyclocarya paliurus than Al（NO3）3 colorimetry.
