摘  要:目的探讨临床带教教师行为与护理本科生焦虑心理的相关性,明确对学生影响最大的教师行为。方法2006年3月15-25日调查某校临床实习期间的护理本科生75名,调查问卷包括状态焦虑量表和教师行为测评问卷。状态焦虑量表用于评定调查对象最近阶段的恐惧、紧张、忧虑和神经质的体验或感受,教师行为测评问卷由学生对其现任带教教师的行为进行评分。调查结果全部经SPSS 12.0软件统计分析。结果护理本科生状态焦虑量表的得分为(39.60±11.24)分,与常模相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。带教教师的行为与学生焦虑心理呈显著性负相关(r=-0.676,P<0.01),对学生影响最大的教师行为依次是熟练的护理技能、掌握前沿信息和学科发展方向、热爱护理事业、不当着第三者的面责备学生、使临床实习成为一个充实的过程。结论临床带教教师应从专业胜任、人际关系、人格特征和教学能力4个方面培养和加强自身素质,减轻或避免由自身行为引起的护生焦虑心理。Objective To explore the correlation between the tutoring behaviors of clinical tutors and anxiety of nursing undergraduates and find out the behaviors influencing the students. Methods 75 nursing undergraduates in a medical university were investigated during 15 to 25 March, 2006 with anxiety scale and a questionnaire of teacher's behaviors. The former was used to assess the anxiety, tension, worry and nervous experience or feelings and the latter for students to assess the tutors' tutoring behaviors. The data were analyzed with SPSS12.0. Results The students were scored (39.60±11.24) by the anxiety scale, which was insignificantly different from the norm (P〉0.05). The tutoring behaviors of tutors were negatively correlated to the anxiety of the students (r=-0.676, P〈0.01). The behaviors influencing them were nursing skills, mastery of updated information and scientific advance, love of nursing career, avoidance of scolding students in face of others as well as the process of clinical practice. Conclusion The clinical tutors should fortify self-quality in the following aspects of professional competence, interpersonal relation, personal traits and teaching ability so.as to relieve or even avoid the student's anxiety caused by tutor's behaviors.
