摘　　要：人的智力发展受社会环境与教育的影响。处于不同文化背景的人在智力的组成结构、智力的表现特征方面差异显著。文化决定智力的发展方向。每一种文化都有一种特定的指向性,文化的不同,造就了不同的智力特点。Human being＇s intelligence development is subject to both social environment and education. People in different cultural environments differ distinctively in intelligence structure and intelligence characteristics. Cultures orient intelligence development and every culture has its special orientation. As a result, different cultures foster different intelligence characteristics.
