摘　　要：就中等职业学校教师在职攻读硕士学位的培养工作中出现的一些问题,有针对性地进行了剖析,指出培养过程松散化、培养形式成教化、培养水平本科化的倾向。同时提出了相关的防止措施。The article analyzes problems derived from the course of cultivating teachers who assiduously study the secondary vocational master degree and points out its trend of slack process ,adult-education form ,undergraduate-level. Furthermore, it puts forward correlative countermeasures against these problems.
