摘  要:非学历证书考试符合大众化教育阶段人才培养模式多样化的要求,符合终身教育学习理念,可促进高校优良学风的形成,提升学生的竞争力,增加其就业机会。提高非学历证书考试通过率牵涉到方方面面:人才培养模式的改革,实践性教学环节的加强,师资队伍的建设,班主任或辅导员作用的加强等。Examinations for non-degree certificates can not only meet the demands of diverse modes of training talented persons in the stage of popular education, but also accord with the concept of life-long learning. They help form good style of study, as a result, competitiveness and career opportunities for students can be in- creased. It involves various factors to increase the pass ratio for non-degree certificates, such as reform of the mode of training talented persons, improvement of practical teaching, building of teaching staff, strengthening the role of teachers in charge of a class and assitant cunsellors.
