摘　　要：专业培养方案是该专业人才培养模式的具体化。培养应用型法律人才是我国法学教育改革的方向。如何培养应用型法律人才,作者认为应从以下三个方面探索:一是用社会生活的视野审视法学专业课程设计,跳出纯法学的圈子,为应用型人才培养打下坚实的基础;二是对原有的专业课程进行重新审视,加大程序法课程开设力度;三是重视学生专业技能的培养。One major training scheme is a detail of the major training model. Training a team of practice law persons is the reform direction of law education in our country. This thesis analyzes how to cultivate the practice persons from the following three angles： firstly, apply the social view to the course design of law major and break through the pure law circle so to lay a good foundation for the practice persons cultivation, Secondly, review the existing major courses and develop more procedural courses. Thirdly, pay more attention to students＇ major skill training.
