高校学生思想政治工作人员谈心能力探析

摘　　要：在当前学生思想政治教育过程中,谈心工作日趋重要,谈心能力是学生思想政治工作人员最基本的素质。基本的谈心能力包括个性疏导能力、平等沟通能力、民主对话能力、互动交流能力和信任维护能力。在谈心过程中应把握好学生接受程度、策略应用、客观辩证、自身修养提高等方面的问题。Ideological and political work is mainly on how to manage people, which focuses on people＇ s mind. In the current ideological and political education, the work of heart - to - heart talk between personnel and students has become increasingly important. The ability of heart - to - heart talk is the basic quality of the personnel on ideological and political work. The basic quality mainly involves the ability of persuasion, the ability of equal and democratic communication, and also that of interaction. What＇ s more, the personnel should know how to maintain students＇ trust. In the building - up of heart - to - heart talk ability, the personnel should pay special attention to students＇ accepting ability; they should apply some strategies and be objective and dilative; and should improve their own ability.
