摘  要:建立了气相色谱法同时测定乳制品中的DHA,EPA,亚油酸,亚麻酸和花生四烯酸AA含量的方法。采用色谱柱为脂肪酸型色谱柱DB-23,氢火焰离子化检测器。优化了色谱条件。结果表明,DHA,EPA,亚油酸,亚麻酸和花生四烯酸AA分离效果很好。DHA的最低检出限为0.02 g/L,回收率为100.1%,变异系数(CV)为0.82%;EPA的最低检出限为0.01 g/L,回收率为99.8%,变异系数为1.04%;亚油酸的最低检出限为0.01 g/L,回收率为99.7%,变异系数为0.82%;亚麻酸的最低检出限为0.01 g/L,回收率为99.7%,变异系数为0.96%;AA的最低检出限为0.01 g/L,回收率为99.9%,变异系数为0.96%。A method for determination of DHA, EPA, linoleic acid, linolenic acid and AA in dairy products by GC is reported. A fat acid testing column DB-23 with FID was used to determine. The optimization condition on determination was studied. DHA, EPA, linoleic acid, linolenic acid and AA were separated absolutely in once time. The minimum detectable value of DHA is 0.02 g/L, coefficient of variation (CV) is 0.82%, recovery rate is 100.1%. The minimum detectable value of EPA is 0.01 g/L, coefficient of variation is 1.04%, recovery rate is 99.8%. The minimum detectable value of linoleic acid is 0.01 g/L, coefficient of variation is 0.82%, recovery rate is 99.7%. The minimum detectable value of linolenic acid is 0.01 g/L, coefficient of variation is 0.96%, recovery rate is 99.7%. The minimum detectable value of AA is 0.01 g/L, coefficient of variation is 0.96%, recovery rate is 99.9%.
