摘　　要：本文运用ANSYS对机车轮对进行装配应力分析。通过分析可知，车轮与车轴的过盈配合量为1mm时，接触应力最大值位于车轴与车轮的接触外侧，没有超出车轴的许用应力。Based on ANSYS software, assemble stress analysis for wheel set shall be carried out. With tolerance on fit being assumed to be lmm, the maximum contact stress is occurred at outside of contact surface where the axle is contacted with wheel, and is not more than permissible stress of the axle.
