摘  要:用正交实验考察了溶液温度、pH值、搅拌速度及吸附时间等因素对催化剂吸附量的影响,并用浸渍及联氨液相还原法制备了系列Pd/C加氢催化剂,在0.10MPa、50—150℃、H2流速为270mL/min下测得豆油加氢的催化活性.结果表明:Pd的负载量对催化剂的性能影响较大,钯负载量为3.0%时,制得的催化剂具有较佳的活性.实验中还考察了催化剂用量、反应温度等对油脂加氢速率的影响.催化剂循环实验表明催化剂可连续使用5次.The effects of various factors in the impregnation were studied using the method of orthogonal design. According to this, a series of Pd/C catalysts were prepared by impregnation of C supported with PdCl3 solution followed by chemical reduction with NH2NH2 solution. The catalytic activity for soybean oil hydrogenation were tested under 0.1Mpa,80℃ -150℃ ,visous of H2 270 mL/min. The results indicated that the property of catalysts changed as the Ru loading content on activated carbon, and Pd loading 3 % is optimal. Various factors in soybean oil hydrogenation were tested, such as temperature, the amount of catalyst and recycle of catalyst. The catalyst could be used repeatedly for more than five times.
