摘　　要：文章针对目前高校内、外部评估缺乏合作和沟通的现实,提出校本评估不仅是两种评估的融合体,而且是一种科学的管理手段,是促进高校发展、提高办学质量的一个重要途径,并初步阐述了实施校本评估的关键环节。Aiming at the current lack of collaboration and communication of the intemal and extemal evaluation in universities, this paper points out that self-evaluation is the integration of both evaluations. Not only is it the scientific measure but also the significant approach to promoting the development and quality of the universities. Then the paper discusses the key processes in the school-based evaluation.
