简论文化素质教育与身心素质教育结合的意义

摘　　要：文化素质教育在素质教育中具有基础性的地位,是高等教育领域进行素质教育的切入点,身心素质在人的综合素质中也具有基础性地位。从文化素质教育入手阐述文化素质教育与身心素质教育的关系,着重论述了文化素质教育与心理素质教育相结合的必要性和途径。通过二者有效结合的教育,使大学生得到文化素养和心理素养的提升,从而促进大学生的全面发展。Cultural Quality Education, which is at the basic position in Quality Education, is the essential point in carrying out Cultural Quality Education in Higher Educational Field. Physical and Psychological Quality is at the basic position in a person＇s comprehensive qualities. In this paper, the writer starts with Cultural Quality Education to analyze the relationship between Cultural Quality Education and Physical and Psychological Quality Education, especially, to emphatically elaborate the necessity and approaches of combining Cultural Quality Education with Psychological Quality Education. The university students can obtain the promotion of cultural and psychological accomplishments through their effective combination, thus, to gain overall development.
