电大远程教育在西部农村中的构建与延伸

摘　　要：本文从当前开展社会主义新农村的建设中,西部地方电大应抓住机遇,围绕全面启动农村教师继续教育工程、加快实施一村一名大学生计划、加强农民科技文化素质教育和培训等方面探讨地方电大远程教育在西部农村中的构建与延伸。During the process of constructing the Socialist New Countryside,TVUs of western China should grab the opportunities to construct and extend their distance education through the participation of the all round startup of continuous education for rural teachers,the accelerating ″One College Graduate for One Village″ program and the training programs for farmers on scientific,technological and cultural knowledge.
