番茄红素测定方法研究

摘　　要：从番茄红素及β-胡萝卜素的紫外图谱差异入手,得到以氯仿为溶剂,以518.8 nm吸收峰为测定波长的番茄红素测定方法;制作标准曲线.该测定方法避免了番茄红素标准样品的制约,为番茄红素的准确测定奠定了基础.Lycopene is a kind of homologous carotene that has various function of physiology. Usually, it existed with other homologous carotene synchronously in many organisms. Based on the UV spectrum difference of lycopene and β-carotene, this experiment established measuration of lycopene. Chloroform is used as solvent and the absorbance at 518.8 nm as index. The standard curve has been drawn out. This method avoids the limitation of standard lycopene sample and will help exact measuration of lycopene in the future.
