摘　　要：总结了北京工业大学建筑环境与设备工程专业在“十五”期间进行教学基地建设的规划思路、实践教学体系改革;介绍了教学基地建设成果以及建设特色;讨论了通过教学基地建设和开展企业产学研合作来搭建跨学科人才培养平台,其目的是为首都建设培养出跨建筑设备学科与电控学科的复合型、应用型人才。The planning thought and reform on practical teaching system based on the construction of education base during the tenth five period by the building environment and facilities engineering specialty in Beijing University of Technology are summarized. The achievement and characteristics of education base construction are introduced by Integrating the education base construction with the producing-learning-researching cooperation between College and enterprise has formed a multi-discipline teaching flat. How to train compound talents who gain the knowledge on fields of building facilities, electrical and automatic control through the teaching flat for capital development is also discussed.
