摘　　要：我国实验动物科学已进入快速发展时期,培养和造就一支具有较高业务素质和专业技术水平的实验动物人才队伍是实验动物工作快速发展的一个重要因素。时至今天,实验动物从业人员的培训和教育工作仍是提高人员素质、增强专业知识和技能、贯彻落实政策法规和推进实验动物标准化进程的重要措施。本文对实验动物培训工作进行回顾,并对目前培训内容及培训工作的新特点进行初步分析。Laboratory animal sciences in our country haave entered into a fast developing period. It is of great importance to bring up a team of laboratory animal staff with high professional diathesis and specialized skills. Until now the training and education of laboratory animal workers is also an important means for improving staff diathesis, enhancing professional knowledge and technology, carrying out policy and impelling the standard process of laboratory animals. The aim of this work is to review the progress and analyze the present content and characteristics in training of laboratory animal personnels.
