摘　　要：企业效绩评价是企业加强财务监管、正确引导经营行为的重要手段。我国企业数量繁多、类型各异以及对企业多因素、多角度评价的要求决定了企业效绩评价工作的复杂性,同时以计算机为基础的信息技术的飞速发展客观上也要求企业效绩评价系统应逐步实现信息化。本文根据信息系统中系统分析和系统设计的基本理论,运用数据流程图法对企业效绩评价信息系统进行系统分析和系统设计研究。Enterprises' performance evaluation is an important means to strengthen financial supervision and guide operating behaviour correctly.In China,the fact that there are a large number of enterprises and the demand of appraising in multiple aspects and factors make the work of performance evaluation complicated,meanwhile,the rapid development of IT on the basis of computer also demands objectively that enterprises' performance evaluation system should be informationized gradually.This paper uses Data Flow Diagram(DFD)to analyze and design the information system of enterprises' performance evaluation according to the basic theory of system analysis and system design.
