海洛因依赖者血清黄嘌呤氧化酶活性和尿酸含量检测与分析

摘　　要：目的:观察海洛因依赖者血清黄嘌呤氧化酶活性和尿酸含量的变化。方法:分别对31例男性正常对照者和40例男性海洛因依赖者血清黄嘌呤氧化酶活性和尿酸含量进行了检测。结果:海洛因依赖者血清黄嘌呤氧化酶活性明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01),尿酸含量无显著性变化。结论:海洛因滥用可导致依赖者血清黄嘌呤氧化酶活性增高,可能与海洛因引起机体氧化性损伤相关。Objective： To investigate the alteration of serum xanthine oxidase activity and the uric acid content in the heroin addicts. Methods： 31 cases of normal male controls and 40 male heroin addicts were enrolled. The serum xanthine oxidase activity as well as the uric acid content was examined respectively. Results： The serum xanthine oxidase activity in the heroin addicts was significantly higher than the controls （P 〈 0.0i）, whereas the serum uric acid content had no difference between the two groups. Conclusion： Heroin abuse can lead to a raise of serum xanthine oxidase activity in heroin addicts, and it may be correlated with the oxidative damage induced by heroin.
