关于高职毕业生就业工作的思考

摘　　要：面对严峻的就业形势,高职教育要以就业为出发点,教学以就业为目标,加强就业指导队伍建设,加强学生政治思想工作,建立和完善就业指导的研究、心理指导、“准就业”实践、就业信息体系。以创新的思路,不断加强和改进大学毕业生就业指导和服务工作。Faced the fierce employment situation, high vocational education should begin with employment, which is regarded as the teaching target. The employment guiding staff should be strengthened. So is the students＇ political thought education. We should build and perfect the study of employment guidance, psychological guidance, ＂employment followed＂ practice and employment information system. We need to strengthen and improve the graduates＇ employment direction and service gradually by innovative thoughts.
