摘  要:比较了SBR反应器中好氧颗粒污泥和絮状污泥对不同浓度氨氯废水的去除情况,并采用定量PCR(RT-PCR)和末端限制性酶切片段长度多态性(T-RFLP)技术研究了2种污泥中氨氧化细菌数量和细菌组成的变化.结果表明,100~500mg/L的氨氰对2种污泥去除COD的影响不大,而氨氯的去除率随着其浓度的上升而下降,絮状污泥的氨氯去除率略高于颗粒污泥(10%~16%).絮状污泥和颗粒污泥中氨氧化细菌的数量分别为2.80×10^4~3.44×10^4,7.83×10^4~1.18×10^5个/g干污泥.絮状污泥中细菌种群数量高于颗粒污泥,且两者的变化趋势与氨氨玉除率的变化基本一致.The removal of different ammonia nitrogen concentration wastewater by aerobic granular and activated sludges in SBR reactor were compared; and the changes of ammonia oxidizing bacterium (AOB) amount and bacterial community in 2 kinds of sludge were studied respectively adopting quantitative PCR (RT-PCR) and terminal restriction fragment length polymorphism (T-RFLP) technique. Ammonia nitrogen of 100-500mg/L influenced not greatly on COD removal of 2 kinds of sludge, while the ammonia nitrogen removal rate decreased with enhancing its concentration, the removal rate of activated sludge was higher a little than that of granular sludge (10%-16%). The amounts of ammonia oxidizing bacteria in activated and granular sludges were 2.80× 10^4-3.44× 10^4, 7.83×10^4 -1.18× 10^5cells/g dry sludge, respectively. The bacterial community amount in activated sludge was larger than that in granular sludge, and their change trends were consistent basically with the change of removal rate of ammonia nitrogen.
