摘　　要：评述了混杂系统故障诊断方法的发展状况。首先介绍了混杂系统故障诊断问题的研究背景,然后介绍了主要的混杂系统的故障诊断方法,分析了各种方法的特点,随后介绍了一些典型的应用实例,最后探讨了这一研究领域中有待进一步研究的问题和发展趋势。A survey on fault diagnosis approaches of hybrid systems is provided. The background and the objective of hybrid system fault diagnosis problems are introduced firstly. Then, the state of fault diagnosis of hybrid systems is reviewed and the main ideas of the approaches are outlined. Finally, some typical application examples are presented and the problems to be further studied and the trends of developments in this field are also pointed out.
