摘　　要：初中科学课程提高全体学生科学素养的总目标及突出“整合”与“探究”的特点,要求教师教育注重培养学生良好的科学素养、完整的科学知识结构和独特的教学技能。构建主辅式或宽口式专业课程体系以及加强学科教育类课程,是培养初中科学课程师资的有效途径。The general objective of enhancing students＇ awareness of science and the nature of integration and exploration in junior high school science courses demand more attention in teacher training to students＇ understanding of science, integrated knowledge structure, and unique teaching skills. Establishment of the major-minor model or comprehensive model and stress on courses in science education are two effective ways in training junior high teachers of science..
