摘　　要：高职教育顺应了新世纪教育的发展方向,强调受教育者能力、创新素质的培养,这也是当前高职毕业生深受用人单位欢迎的重要原因。无疑高职这种新型教育方式对教师的知识提出了新的更高的要求。高职教师一方面要有丰富的、全面的学科专业知识,同时要有创新品格和实践能力。但是,目前高职教师的知识结构很难适应高职教育发展的要求,这个问题严重影响高职院校的教学质量,并成为制约高职院校快速发展的瓶颈。因此,在我国大力发展职业教育的新形势下,必须尽快优化高职教师的知识结构。The vocational education teacher must update their knowledge, and optimize their knowledge structure in order to accomplish the goal of high vocational education, and to fit the development of high vocational education, This article gives some opinions about the optimizing goal and the optimizing ways of teacher knowledge structure of high vocational education.
