试论高校互动式师德建设机制

摘　　要：随着市场经济体制和社会价值主体的变化．要求价值主体和价值取向多元化，建立起适应其发展的师德建设机制，这是时代发展的迫切要求。在加强高校教师师德修养、提高高校教师师德水平过程中，实现师德建设机制的创新是最重要、最核心的问题，也是师德建设中最难的问题。本文认为．建立互动式师德建设机制是符合教育自身规律和道德建设规律的．应根据师德认识、内涵认识、实践和评价等互动式师德建设机制的主要内容．努力建构互动式师德建设的机制。The change of the marketing economic system and the social value of subjects ask for diversified value orientations. Accordingly, times urge for the construction of proper mechanism of teacher＇s morality construction. In the process of intensifying and promoting teacher＇s virtue of colleges and universities, the innovation of mechanism of teacher＇s moral construction is the principal and core as well as a difficult point. The writer thinks the interactive mechanism of teacher＇s virtue construction accords with educational rule and educational construction rule. And the interactive mechanism of construction of teacher＇s virtue shall be constructed according to recognizance of teacher＇s virtue and intension, practice and assessment, etc.
