摘 要:高考中出现的许多问题,在现象和本质之间存在着很大的区别。倾斜的高考分数线、高考竞争日趋激烈、高考科目多与考生负担重、追求高考升学率等问题,本质和根源并不在高考,高考只是使一些问题突显出来而已。高考并非万恶之源,而是各种教育及社会矛盾的集合点。没有高考,这些矛盾和问题多数还照样存在,只是表现形式不同。透过现象看本质,高考制度虽有不少局限,也对中小学教育产生了一些消极影响,但它能公正客观地选拔人才,对中国教育和中国社会而言还是利大于弊。The phenomena and the nature of many problems that arise in the college entrance examinations differ much among each other. There exist many problems in the college entrance examinations, such as the unfair mark levels over which students can enter different levels higher education schools, the increasing college entrance examination competition, too many compulsory subjects for the college entrance examinations and participants' too heavy burden, the pursuit of the rate of students' entering schools of a higher level, etc. However, the nature and origin of these problems doesn't reside in college entrance examinations itself that only make these problems obvious. College entrance exmination is not the root of all evils, but the congruent of various educational and social conflicts. Without it, many of these problems and conflicts remain as usual, and they differ only in forms. We must seek nature through phenomena. Despite the facts that there are some limitations in the system of college entrance examinations and it exerts some negative influece on primary and secondary education, it is still a good tool to select and promote talents in an objective way, which is more beneficial than harmful for China's education and society.
