新建本科院校人才培养模式探析

摘　　要：培养“面向一线,服务地方”的应用型高级专门人才是新建本科院校的基本办学定位。新建本科院校应进一步明晰应用型本科人才的特质,通过专业设置、课程体系构建、教学改革、教学管理制度建设等,构建具有自身特色的应用型本科人才培养模式。This paper presents that the basic orientation of newly-setup application-orientod universities is to cultivate undergraduate talents with qualified capability for ＂serving the society and the local economy＂, Research findings reveal the significance of idiosyncrasy identification of undergraduate talents. An in-depth study on education mode of undergraduate talents for newly-setup application-orientod universities has been made on detailed analysis of curriculum design, systematic construction of subjects, teaching renovation and improvement of teaching management system.
