摘　　要：知识经济时代,知识资本成为最为重要的战略资源。知识管理已经成为提升企业组织竞争力的核心管理理念。因此,构建国家知识管理战略是一项能够普遍提升企业、组织竞争力的重要举措。本文探讨了以系统论为指导的建设国家知识管理战略的必要性、可行性和建设国家知识管理战略体系的设想。In knowledge economical time, the knowledge capital becomes the most important strategic resources. The knowledge management already became the core management idea which promotes enterprise organization competitive ability. So the national knowledge management strategy is one item can generally promote the enterprise, the organization competitive ability important action. In article, author discusses necessity, feasible of national knowledge management strategy construction and tentative plan of national knowledge management strategy system.
