摘　　要：培养学习者自主学习与创新能力是近20年来外语教学界的热门话题。本文探讨了与提高自主学习与创新能力密切相关的任务训练问题。首先分析任务的内涵和分类,然后探讨任务训练的主要模式,强调任务训练的必要性。提出了通过对大学一年级学生进行任务训练,不但可以提高学生的听力水平,而且还可提高学生的自主学习与创新能力。The paper discusses the tasks training closely related to improvement of learner autonomy and innovative ability by firstly analyzing the connotation and classification of task, and then the main training mode, as well as the necessity of tasks training. Through tasks training for freshmen, not only will the listening ability of the students be improved, but also the learner autonomy and innovative ability will be developed.
