摘　　要：深入开展文化素质教育,应特别着眼于“三个提高”:提高大学生的文化素质、提高广大教师的文化素养以及提高大学自身的文化品位。文章从“三个提高”入手,对加强文化素质教育、培养全面和谐发展人才的有效途径和方法进行了探讨。To enhance the culture quality education, we should try to improve the qualities of the college students, the teaching staff and the university itself. This paper discusses some effective ways to improve the culture quality education and the methods to produce qualified talented personnel.
