摘　　要：介绍了利用纹理特征和颜色对信息建立了对车牌进行定位的算法,阐述了其算法流程,并探讨了该方法的优势与不足之处。This paper establishes the algorithm of vehicle license plate location by using the texture characteristics and color pair information, expounds the procedures of this algorithm, and probes into the advantages and disadvantages of this algorithm.
