摘　　要：在改革开放新的历史条件下,如何加强高等学校思想道德宣传工作的德育功能,促进大学生思想品德的健康发展,重点要把握住思想道德宣传的时代性、科学性、真实性和艺术性。Under the new history of reform and open, how to strengthen the ideological and moral propaganda Work in institutions of higher learning, promote the sound development of colleges in their thinking and morality, seize the epochal character, science, truth and artistic quality of students＇ ideological and moral propaganda.
