摘　　要：分析了企业成长中面临由战略调整滞后、企业能力分散和团队精神不足等因素造成的阻力。指出整合可以通过其导向效应、集聚效应和协作效应的共同作用,克服这些阻力的影响,形成企业成长的内在动力。认为企业需要从提高战略整合能力,坚持学习以及引入新的利益相关者等三个方面着手进行整合,规避成长周期中的下降趋势,使企业始终保持良性的上升势头。The paper analyses that enterprises face growth resistance which is made up of factors, such as delaying of strategy adjust, enterprise capacity deconcentration, team spirit scarce, and so on. It also points out that integration can overcome the influence by three factors, such as guide effect, concentrating effect, and synergistic effect, and then, form the inherent impetus of enterprise growth. Therefore, enterprises need integration from three respects, including improving the ability of strategy conformity, insisting on studying and introducing the new stake holder, to evade the downtrend, which can make enterprises remain the benign ascendant trend for ever.
