天津高新技术产业园区企业继续教育探析

摘　　要：根据高新技术产业的特点,天津高新技术产业园区企业继续教育应把握好3个方向:利用园区联盟型继续教育模式,对高层次人才重点补新,即补充新知识、新技术、新管理理念;利用行业性企业继续教育实体模式,对作业层人员重点补能,即提高新工艺、新设备、新材料的应用能力和文化层次;利用内部培训,对一般管理人员重点补缺,即缺什么补什么,满足企业发展对各层次人才的需要。According to the characteristics of high and new technology industries, further education of enterprise in high and new technology industrial district in Tianjin should grasp three direction：applying the further education model of district union to develop new knowledge, new technology and new management view for high level talents; applying the entity model of industrial enterprise further education to enhance operational workers＂ cultural level and application abilities of new technics, new technology, new frastructure and new materials;applying inside training to meet the domand of general management personnel, etc.
