摘　　要：量化管理或者说数字管理,曾经是中国企业界急于补上的一课,但经过许多实践以后,各种各样的问题也逐渐呈现,本文即试图破除企业对于数字的盲目迷信,或者说对这种现象进行一次矫正。作者认为,数字不能说明的东西才是管理的核心!事实上正是数字背后的东西,决定着一个管理者的成败。It has become a common knowledge among most managers that no decision can be made without statistics. Why do managers attach so much importance on statistics? In today's enterprises, most tasks and works can be measured by statistics. Managers are using statistics to evaluate the subordinates' performance. However, if you are also one of the statistics worshipers, you might accept another truth: the core of management is often what the statistics can not tell. As a matter of fact, the success or failure of a manager often depends on the truth behind the statistics.
