摘　　要：目的:探讨CyclinG1和PCNA在子宫肌瘤发生中的作用及其临床意义。方法:应用RT-PCR和免疫组化SP法检测45例子宫肌瘤组织及其邻近正常子宫肌组织CyclinG1和PCNA的表达情况。结果:CyclinG1和PCNA在子宫肌瘤组织中的表达明显高于正常子宫肌组织,差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05)。子宫肌瘤组织中CyclinG1和PCNA的表达呈正相关,正常子宫肌组织中CyclinG1和PCNA的表达无明显相关性。结论:CyclinG1表达异常可能通过PCNA影响子宫肌瘤细胞的增殖活性,CyclinG1和PCNA的表达上调与子宫肌瘤的发生发展密切相关。Objective： To investigate the role and clinical significance of cyclin G1 and PCNA in the pathogenesis of leiomyoma of the uterus. Methods： The expression levels of Cyelin G1 and PCNA in the 45 leiomyoma cases and peripheral normal myometrium were determined using the semi- quantitative reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction （RT-PCR） technique and through immunohistochemistry using the Streptavidin-Peroxidase （SP） method. Results： The expression of cyclin G1 and PCNA in leiomyoma was much higher than in myometrium. There was a significant difference between the two （P〈0.05）. There was a positive correlation between the expression levels of cyelin G1 and PCNA in leiomyoma, whereas no obvious correlation was found between the expression levels of cyclin G1 and PCNA in myometrium. Conclusion： Abnormal expression of Cyclin G1 may increase proliferation in the uterine leiomyoma cells through PCNA. The upregulated expression of cyclin G1 and PCNA closely correlates with the pathogenesis and development of uterine leiomyoma.
