摘  要:目的:通过考试应激对女生月经失调影响因素的调查分析,为临床针对性地心理干预提供理论依据。方法:本研究采用分层整群抽样的调查法和心理测验法,对521例调查对象实施了月经健康问卷、状态特质焦虑问卷、流调中心用抑郁量表、艾森克个性问卷调查。结果:从单因素非条件Logistic回归分析看,影响女生月经失调的因素有年龄、平时抑郁评分(CESD1)、EPQ-N分。而多因素Logistic回归分析的结果进一步表示月经失调的主要影响因素,按其影响大小的顺序为:EPQ-N、年龄、应激时状态焦虑评分的改变。结论:心理应激、个性等心理社会因素对女生月经失调的发病起重要作用。临床应在药物治疗的同时重视并加大心理干预对策的运用力度。Objective: To offer appropriate measures of psychological intervention by exploring the psyehosocial factors in students with menstrual disorders. Methods: The stratified sampling method were used to investigate 521 students by questionnaire of MHQ, STAI, CED -S and EPQ. Results: As for the results of the single factor logistic, the impact factors were age, CESD1 and EPQ -N. It was defined further that the main factors whether women suffered menstrual disorders or not depending on the following three, that is, EPQ - N, age and SAI2 according its size. Conclusion: The psychological social factors of psychological stress and personality play an important roles in the process of resulting in menstrual disorder. The doctors should pay more attention to strengthening the psychological interventions at the same time of medicine treatment.
