摘　　要：按ISO9001质量管理系统,对我院病案室工作量进行分析,建立一套严格的终末质量抠制体系,以评估科室的工作效率。结果表明,绩效考核能使病案管理各项关键指标的PDCA进入良性循环,它为医院的病案管理提供了科学合理的管理模式。According to ISO9001 quality standard, the work load in the department of medical records was analyzed and a strict terminal quality control system was established in order to evaluate the work efficiency in the department. The results show that quality control system can make ＂PDCA＂ of key performance indices in medical records management enter a good circulation and raise the level of management, which provides a reasonable and scientific management mode in the department of medical records in the hospital.
