摘 要:水泥稳定碎石混合料的结构和性能与成型方法密切相关。通过分析击实方式对混合料级配和结构的影响,对同一级配水泥稳定碎石混合料分别按振动法和静压法进行了试验,对比分析了两种方法成型试件的物理性能和结构特点。结果表明,振动法成型的混合料物理性能和结构性能明显优于静压法成型的混合料。以工程实例对试验研究进行了验证,振动法更适合水泥稳定碎石混合料的组成设计,以该方法确定的最佳含水量、最大干密度来控制现场施工质量更为合理。The structure and property of cement-stabilized aggregate mixture are closely relevant to the compact method used and the mixture component design. For the same graded cement-stabilized aggregate mixture, the experiment of vibration method and static pressure method are made to analyze the test results, which show that the property of cement-stabilized aggregate mixture compacted by vibration method is better than that by static pressure method. The test mad result indicates that the vibratory compaction method is more suitable for cement-stabilized aggregate mixture component design, and it is more reasonable that using the water content and the dry density obtained by the methods in the control of construction quality.
