摘　　要：通过对体育校本课程开发、高校体育教师专业发展和两者之间关系的论述,提出促进它们共同发展的主要途径:个体知识是高校体育教师专业发展与校本课程的结合点;开发校本课程资源是两者发展的必要途径;校本培训、教研是促进教师专业发展和校本课程开发的方法;从体制和管理上保障校本课程开发和教师专业发展的顺利进行;营造良好的教师职业群体文化是两者实现的环境。Through talking about the school - based curriculum development of P.E. teacher＇s specialized development and their relation, the author proposed that promotes their communal development ways： The individual knowledge is the combining site of the school - based curriculum development of P.E. and teacher＇s specialized development. The curriculum resources of school - based are their essential ways; The school - based training and research are the methods which the school - based curriculum and specialized develops; Safeguards the school - based curriculum and specialized development from the system and the management smoothly carries on; Building the wonderful professional community culture of teacher is real environment.
