摘　　要：通过分析目前劳动力派遣业务中存在的问题,本文探讨了劳动力派遣涉及的法律问题,进而针对派遣的用工范围、派遣资质、派遣期限及备用金进行了探讨并提出了相关立法建议。After analyzing the present problems existing in dispatched employment, this articlce first discusses some legal questions involved in dtspatched employment, then probes range, qualifications, time limit and reserve fund, and finally puts forward some proposals concerning the legal questions mentioned above.
