摘 要:自汉以来,关于《周礼》聚讼纷纭,迄无定论。现代相关学术研究证明,《周礼》一书虽不无后人损益,但其宏纲大旨,大抵为周代典制,是研究周代历史文化的无可替代的传世文本。周礼文化是继夏、商文化而后以礼义、宗法、人本为主要特点的历史文化,是儒和儒术的直接源头。降至春秋,孔子传承并改造了周礼文化,创立了原始儒学,经孔门弟子的播扬,遂成为两千多年来中华学术文化的主脉。Since the Hart Dynasty, many scholars have put forward some views about the Book of Rites of the Zhou Dynasty, but no dominative one has been determined. The relevant academic studies of the modern time have proved that although some parts of the Book of Rites of the Zhou Dynasty had lost or been destroyed by later generations after it was finished, the core parts, probably the laws and institutions of the Zhou Dynasty, are the most important document foe studying the historical culture of the Zhou Dynasty, and its role can not be replaced by other documents. The cuhure of the rites of the Zhou Dynasty is the historical culture which takes rites, laws and people as the main characteristics after Xia and Shang culture, and it is regarded as the direct source of Confucius. Up to the Period of Spring and Autumn, Confuzi inherited and reformed the culture of the rites of the Zhou Dynasty, and founded the earliest Confucius. Disseminated by his disciples, the earliest Confucius gradually becomes the core vein of Chinese academic culture of more than 2000 years.
