摘　　要：利用《回回药方》的阿汉对音材料,构勒了元代汉语北方话影、云、以三母的语音情况,讨论了它的演变机制。According to the Arabian-Chinese diaphone in Huihui prescription （回回药方）the paper draw the outline of the pronunciation of Yingmu （影母）, Yunmu （云母） and Yimu（疑母） about Chinese Northern Dialect in the Yuan Dynasty（元代）, and the paper study the evolvementmechanism at the same time.
