摘　　要：中小企业一直是技术创新的主要源泉。本文在阐述技术创新的内涵及政府扶持中小企业技术创新的必要性和可行性的基础上,提出了我国政府促进中小企业技术创新的具体策略。Small and medium sized enterprises are always the main resource of technology inn - ovation. Based on the analyses of connota- tion of the technology innovation and the possibility and the necessity of the technology innovation of small and medium sized enterprises, this paper presents the concrete strategy to accelerate the technology innovation of small and medium sized enterprises by our government.
