EFFECT OF NUTRITIONAL HEALTH EDUCATION ON HYPERTENSION PATIENTS

摘  要:目的观察高血压患者护理中营养健康教育的效果,为探索控制高血压适宜途径提供依据。方法以医院确诊的高血压患者为研究对象,用单纯随机抽样方法分为干预组和对照组,对干预组进行营养健康知识的健康教育,推广合理的营养观念和膳食模式,对照组不施加干预。结果与对照组相比,干预组较明显地改变了不良的膳食行为,提高了对高血压与膳食营养的认知水平,尤其是TC和LDL分别由干预前的(7.38±1.60)mmol.L-1和(5.98±1.60)mmol.L-1下降到(4.61±1.70)mmol.L-1和(2.90±1.00)mmol.L-1(P<0.05),均在正常范围内。结论营养健康教育是高血压人群控制高血压、提高高血压患者生活质量的适宜途径之一。Objective: To observe the effects of nutritional health education on hypertension patients, so as to provide the basis for exploring a proper way to control hypertension. Methods Hypertension patients diagnosed by the hospital doctors were divided randomly into control and intervention groups. The lattar group received nutritional health knowledge education to improve nutritional health concept and dietary pattern during hospitalized period and was followed up for 2 years. Results The diet and nutritional knowledge on hypertension in intervention group were improved. The levels ofTC, LDL after intervention were decreased from (7.38± 1.60) mmol·L^-1, (5.98± 1.60) mmol·L^-1 to (4.61 ± 1.70) mmol·L^-1, and (2.90 ± 1.0) mmol·L^-1 respectively (P 〈 0.05), all were in normal range. Conclusion Nutritional health education on hypertension patients is one of suitable ways to control hypertension and promote life quality of patients.
