摘　　要：“万里模式”是我国教育体制改革的成功探索,其市场理念的主导机制符合当今我国经济和社会发展的实际情况。这种模式的性质是在学校资产国有的前提下,由国家委托万里教育集团举办,并由万里集团采取新的管理模式的“国有公办”高校。学校的体制创新和开放的办学体系为我国高校体制改革提供了有益的经验,而采取不断创新完善的方法,是解决“万里模式”面临的挑战和持续发展的基本途径。Wanli pattern is a successful exploration of the structural reform of education in China.Its market idea conforms to the actual economical and social development of China.Under the premise ofstate owned school property,the nature of this kind of pattern is to entrust Wanli Education Group toestablish and adopt a brand-new managerial pattern the ＂nationa lized,state-owned,＂ university.The innovative and open system has provided the structural reform of universities in our country with beneficial experience.Unceasing innovation is the essential way to meet the present educational challenges and solve the problems on the way of dvelopment
