摘　　要：危机管理是企业管理中的重要内容,危机管理团队(CMT)是企业危机管理的有效组织形式。文章尝试将知识管理理论的实践社群概念引入危机管理团队管理,以提高企业危机预警能力和承压能力。Crisis management is a essential part in corporate management. The application of Crisis Management Team （CMT） is an effective form of organization and is important in a successful crisis management. Trying to promote the ability of crisis prevention and pressure control, this paper applies the concept of community of practice developed in knowledge management to management practices of CMT.
