摘　　要：【目的】探讨遗传性多发性骨软骨瘤的手术时机。【方法】回顾分析随访23例经临床、X线平片检查诊断为遗传性多发性骨软骨瘤的复发、并发症发生与手术时机的情况。【结果】早期手术病人复发率低,并发症发生率低;延期手术病人并发症发生情况:恶变发生于胫骨1例、股骨1例,假性Madelung畸形1例,血管并发症:假性动脉瘤1例,小腿恶变截肢1例。【结论】延期手术病人手术复杂、创伤大,遗传性多发性骨软骨瘤应发现后早期进行手术治疗。[Objective]To analyse the operation time for hereditary multiple exostosis after diagnosis. [Methods]Retrospectively 23 cases of hereditary multiple exostosis proved by clinical examination and X-ray were analyzed about the time of operation after diagnosis, the reoccurrence rate , incidence of complication. [Results]The reoccurrence rate and incidence of complication for cases after early operation were low. The incidence of complication for cases with later operation： sarcomatous transformation occurred in 1 case of femoral bone, another in the tibia, 1 case of pseudo-Madelung deformity; vessel complication： 1 case developed pseudoaneurysm, 1 case received below knee amputation. [Conclusion]Later operation can lead to complicated operation and surgical trauma. Early diagnosis and early surgical treatment should be deserved for hereditary multipie exostosis.
