摘　　要：介绍乳酸菌分类、功能以及生物工程育种的意义,分别阐述了接合作用、原生质体融合、电穿孔法和基因递送系统在乳酸菌的育种方面的应用,同时探讨了乳酸菌的研究现状与其发展前景。Classify, function and meaning of bioengineering breeding of lactobacillus were introduced, and conjugation, protoplast fusion, electroporation and gene delivery system were applied in lactobacillus breeding, respectively. At the same time, study actuality and developed foreground were involved.
