摘　　要：从Miranda定则的证明方法,熊庆来的关于m(f^(k)/f)的估计[2]和全纯函数族的一些性质,得到一个全纯函数族的正规定则。We can get a new rule of asserting a holomorphic functions family to be a normal family from the method used in the proof of Miranda normal rule ,the estimation of the m（f（k）/f）in Qinglai Xiong＇s thesis and some nature of holomorphic functions family.
